TO PRESERVE ANIMAL WELFARE, WE DO NOT BUY CUTS FROM BUTCHERS INDIVIDUALLY AND SO ON SOME EVENINGS, CERTAIN CUTS MAY BE UNAVAILABLE AS THEY HAVE ALREADY BEEN CHOSEN BY OTHER CUSTOMERS. UNFORTUNATELY THESE ARE THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH ETHICAL SOURCING, DRY AGING IN HOUSE AND OUR QUEST FOR THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF FOOD ON YOUR PLATE..

please remember good food takes time and that with our small size, tables arriving 15 minutes or more late may not be able to dine with us due to tables arriving after them. tables arriving so late as to have their table no longer available will be their charged deposit fee.

Cancellations within 24 hours of a booking will incur a £40 per person charge to the card details supplied at the time of booking.
